The Seongbuk Art Creation Center is the first branch of the Seongbuk-gu Museum of Art, created as a’living creative space’ that supports and nurtures creators in the visual arts field and continues experiments in various terrains of creation. The Seongbuk Arts Center, which opened in April 2013, has continued to discover creative and experimental emerging artists, and to create an open art culture through networking and collaboration based on local-community. In a number of art programs, the hidden stories and scenes of Seongbuk are collected and recorded, and the scope of activities to revitalize the region and culture is expanding.

Going one step further, Seongbuk Art Creation Center, as a space specializing in visual arts, intends to establish itself as a place of experience that prepares and accumulates the future together with creators of Dagenre, including young and young artists. We look forward to becoming a fun, dynamic space for creation through various programs while functioning as a Future-Art Lab and an art library.
