The 3.15 Art Center is a multipurpose theatre located in Masanhoewon-gu, Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do.The Changwon Cultural Foundation’s 3.15 Art Center is a public cultural facility that was founded in honor of the March 15 Masan Demonstration. It aims to develop and promote culture and art in the Changwon region. The art center values the public’s right to enjoy culture and functions as the heart of all the performing arts in Changwon. |
